Self and Business Assessment
Share

This may be the last but certainly not the least on this topic. Assessing yourself will give you a Business Assessmentclear picture if you’re still doing the right thing for your business. Are you still motivated and enthusiastic to run it? If not, then go think of the reasons why you put up that biz? It’s not only to earn money right?

It’s also for the cause that you want to prove your self’s worth. In this case, you’re being capable of handling or managing a business whether big or small.

Why do we need money, to earn for a living and be able to buy the necessities in life right?  Your business may not be solely the source of your “bread and butter”. You may be employed and at the same time have a “side-line” which is your “home biz”, but this I tell you, both will give you money. So why not make the most out of it. Give your best shot not just by being an employee but as an entrepreneur as well. Assessing yourself is very important in any kind of biz. You must do this on a regular basis so as not to lose your momentum towards your venture.

Business review on the other hand, will give you a scenario if you are still on the right track. Are you having higher sales output? If not, then you must contemplate on the reasons why. Are there products that are not saleable? If so, then maybe these items are not what your customers are looking for. You have to think of products that will satisfy your buyers’ needs. By doing so, you will not just meet their expectations, but you’ll also benefit from it. Bear in mind that you have to be serious with this. These suggestions are just some of those that you have to consider for the betterment of your business.

What about your finances and your bank account? Are the issued checks, expenses and other payables properly ecorded? You have to closely monitor your cash flow regardless of how big or small your biz is. This is to keep you updated with your financial status.

How’s your inventory? Does it tally your sales record? This should be given importance too as well as your other documents. They should be filed in a systematic way for easy reference.

Taking all of this into account will make your business go a long way.
