Explain them to your buyers prior to the purchase. Share your ordering, delivery and shipping system and schedule. Never forget the timeframe needed for the processing of their orders so that the customers would know when to expect the arrival of their ordered merchandise. In the case of return/no return policy, you have to inform your buyers about this. This will give them an assurance that you are not just concern to sell, but more so, you are showing that you are giving them high quality products. Not hard to DO right?
